Download Your Property Video Tour

Once your video tour is complete, we will make it available to your estate agent to add to their marketing channels, and also add it to video hosting sites including YouTube and Vimeo, which significantly increases your property’s exposure. If you’d like to keep a copy of your video tour, you can download it from Vimeo & save it to disc or to your computer so that you can look back at it and show family & friendsĀ in years to come. Here’s how:

Step 1 – Find your video on the iViewProperty.tv Vimeo Channel

VisitĀ the iViewProperty Vimeo Channel and search for the first line of your address using the ‘Search’ function:

Search for your video

Step 2 – Download your video

Your video should now open up, with the option to click ‘Download’ underneath. Select this option and you should see 2 or more different files to choose from. Selecting the one with the larger file size will give you the better quality video:

Note – depending on your computer’s set-up, and which internet browser you are using, you may be asked to download additional software in order to save the file. When we tested this using Internet Explorer we were told we needed to buy Quick Time Pro to save the video. However, when we used the Chrome browser we could easily save the video without any additional software. Hopefully you won’t have any problem in relation to this, but please note that due to the wide variety of individual computer set-ups that people have, we are unable to advise what you need to do in similar circumstance.

Step 3 – Save your property video

Once you’ve clicked on the file (final point in Step 3) the video should open in your web browser, with the URL (web address) looking similar to this – http://pdl.vimeocdn.com/64773/522/160689208.mp4?token=1373969765_eccf62b7515c698821c1b1c3bb03c3b

Right click anywhere on the video and select ‘Save video as…’:

You should then get the option to choose where you save your video. Once this is done you’ll be able to play your video tour directly on your computer.

Hopefully you’ve now got your own free copy of your video tour. It would help both us at iViewProperty, and the chances of your video being seen by potential buyers if you could share your video using Facebook or Twitter, or other social media sites. Please take a minute to do this, either from your property’s page on iViewProperty.tv, or on YouTube or Vimeo.

Good luck with your sale.
