Social Video

We'll send you the video file so that you can upload it directly to your social media channels. Social video is one of the most effective & fastest growing marketing tools available ... have you been noticing more video content on your social feeds? It's because social media companies (who know more than anyone about how to engage consumers) want us to spend more time on their platforms. Now you can benefit from this phenomenon too.

How Does It Work?

We like to keep things simple ... we'll agree a suitable number of properties that you'll want to include each month, typically 5, 10 or 15 - whichever suits you best. You'll then be able to order your marketing media for each new instruction at a regular fixed monthly cost. All of the above is included, and it works out at just £120/property!

What If I Need More/Fewer Properties in a Particular Month?


No problem - any additional properties will be charged at the same low cost, and if you don't use up all your allowance one month, we'll role the unused portion over to the following month.


We prefer to take our own photos - does the plan work if we just want video tours?


That's fine too, if you don't need our photography then the same plan works out at £95/property for the video only service.


Can you produce floor plans for us?


Absolutely - just let us know if you need a floor plan for each property. There's no need to commit to monthly volumes, and the cost is just £30/floor plan if we're visiting the property already.
